There is no cost to participate in any Wauktoberfest
event. However, all event participants must
register in advance of the event. Please download and print out the
form below.
All Wauktoberfest events are meant to be fun and
entertaining. Nevertheless, participants must understand that each
event includes an element of risk for injury. Wauktoberfest, the
Waunakee Community Foundation, Waunakee Rotary, Waunakee Lions, the
Waunakee/Westport Chamber of Commerce, and Endres Manufacturing are not
responsible for any accident or injury while participating in any Wauktoberfest event. And this goes for your little dogs too!

attached release form in order to be eligible to participate in any Wauktoberfest event.
