Is there admission fee to get on or walk around the grounds? 

No it is FREE!

Do I have to pay to listen to music? 

No it is FREE!

Do you have food?

YES A LOT of food options. Click here to see all the food we have to offer!

What happens if it rains? 

The festival goes on because the way we look at it is, the beer is still cold, food still hot and music still fantastic! Our tents will keep you dry!

Can I bring a dog?

Yes, If they are behaved and are cute.  Ok, kidding on the cute, ALL dogs are cute! Please remember a leash and to pick up after your dog.

Do you have chairs or tables sit and or eat at? 

We have picnic tables, but please feel free to bring a lawn chair.  We also have pub table to stand around to eat and drink.

Do you have beer at the event? 

Yes!  7 authentic German style beers on tap, Cans of domestic beer and seltzers and wine.  The beer tent list is located at wauktoberfest.com on the right side of the screen.

I know you sell German Glass boots to drink, but I already have one, can I bring it?

FOR SURE!

Do people dress up?

Every year we see more and more Lederhosen and Dirndls, if you have them wear them!

Can I go in and out of the beer tasting event on Saturday to do things/eat on the grounds?

Yes for sure, grab some beer taste and go find some fun. Come back when you want to sample again!

Do you have an ATM or cell phone charging station on Site? 

YES!

Do you accept credit cards?

Sorry, we tried this year, but it didn’t work out.  We are hoping to accept them next year.

Are the grounds wheelchair accessible? 

Yes you can get around great and there is a handicap bathroom as well!

Do I have to wear a mask?

No, the whole event is outdoor and under tents, so it is up to you!

It is a kid friendly event?

Is the dog race limited to dachshunds?

No, any tiny dachshund like dog will do.  Lets just say we are not asking for your certified paperwork, were doing it to have fun!

What do you do with the money raised? 

We donate 100% back to local charities! In 2022, we donated over $50,000 to the following community organizations including: Waunakee Community Foundation, Lions Club, Waunakee Rotary, Knight of Columbus, Waunahops, Waunakee High School Pay it Forward Club, Waunakee High School Cheer Team, & Waunakee Area Soccer Club
